PSA: eBay Hacked! Go Reset your password

Users’ Names and Personal Data Accessed When eBay Hacked

eBay hacked earlier this week.  If you haven’t gone and reset your password yet, click here, before you find your account buying thousands of Godzilla figurines.

Some details from eBay president Devin Wang:

Here’s what we know: This attack occurred between late February and early March and resulted in unauthorized access to a database of eBay users that includes customers’ name, encrypted password, email address, physical address, phone number and date of birth.

While eBay is assuring that financial data was not accessed and that they’re not seeing any fradulent activity, resetting your password is still a really good idea.  Now stop reading and go fix it!
