Dragon Age: Origins was introduced at the 2009 E3 by Lead Designer Mike Laidlaw. This one player, D&D style game, is built on BioWare’s Eclipse game engine, and from what was shown at the E3 has an awesome story line and promises to be one of the best RPG’s ever released. The game play, storyline, and NPC interaction for Dragon Age Origins kicks ass, all decisions made, effect how the story goes and how the NPC characters interact with you as a player.
Dragon Age: Origins is a dark heroic fantasy set in a unique world. As the spiritual successor of BioWare’s popular Baldur’s Gate series of games, it uses a pause-and-play tactical combat system.
Play in over-the-shoulder mode, or the more tactical top-down view. Dragon Age: Origins features a stunning amount of cinematic dialog. Players will be able to acquire unique party members. These party members will have their own motivations for accompanying the player.
