VGVN: Vigilant about Games

As reported by the superbly vigilant Video Game Voters Network, the California Supreme Court has ruled that video games are protected by the First Amendment. This is in spite of Democrats’ and Republicans’ lead by Governor Ah-nold’s attempts to argue the contrary. Frankly I’m a little surprised that the Ninth Circus actually managed to get something right for once.  I guess everyone’s entitled to stumble into a smart decision every now and again!  The ninth circuit did something right, ruling protection for video games by first amendment.

The more important question remains, however: What do YOU think? Are you pleased or pissed?
